The Buffalo Jr. Sabres beat Georgetown, 8-5, at Northtown Center in Amherst on Tuesday night.

Nolan Sheeran had a goal and three assists in the win, while defenseman Dennis Gilbert scored twice. Josh Gabriel, Pat Egan, Max Mikowski, Michael Ederer and Darren McCormick also scored for the Jr. Sabres.

The Jr. Sabres’ next home game will take place in the great outdoors at 2 p.m. Sunday as Buffalo’s showdown against St. Michael’s will take part in Rochester’s Frontier Field as part of the “Frozen Frontier” gala event taking place this weekend.

Before that game, the Jr. Sabres play at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Trenton.
