Gregory Sibick, Christopher Yustin, David Hanes and Kevin Borowicz all tied for the low score among Western New York golfers Wednesday after the final round of the 2013 New York State Junior Amateur Championship at Skaneateles Country Club.

Sibick (Park Country Club) shot a 3-over 74 Wednesday for a two-day total of 9-over 151. Yustin (Transit Valley) matched him by shooting 76-75, while Hanes (Crag Burn) went 75-76. Borowicz (River Oaks) shot 73-78 to finish as part of the eight-way tie for sixth place.

Connor Raeman of Locust Hill CC beat first-round leader Christopher Troy of Winged Foot CC with a par on the second playoff hole to win the championship, with a two-day total of 3-over 145.

Ben Reichert (Transit Valley) shot 78-75 to finish at 11-over 153 in a tie for 21st place among the 77-player field.

In the boys division, Aidan Shaw of Orchard Park Country Club was the low local finisher at 19th in the 34-player field after rounds of 94-93. Will Thompson of Monroe Golf Club was the boys winner at 5-over 147 (71-76).

In the girls division, several Western New York players had good showings in the 40-player field. Emily Connors (Crag Burn) and Victoria Parker (Orchard Park CC) tied for third place at 11-over 153. Both players shot 74-79 to finish five shots behind winner Alexis Hios (Westchester CC), who shot 6-over 148 (77-71).

Molly Balbierz (Wanakah) finished in a tie for fifth after shooting 79-75, while Marah Penn (Crag Burn) and Chelsea Dantonio (Fox Valley) tied for eighth place at 14-over 156. Sydney Shaw (Orchard Park CC) finished in 10th place at 15-over 157.
