Running game

F Starks could have found more room on the Gardiner Expressway at rush hour. Passing game

D Willy kept off kilter until waning minutes. Run defense

F Too many missed tackles against explosive backs, although Davonte Shannon was a monster. Pass defense

A It’s no accident Donald Brown leads the nation in rushing. Passing game

C Quietly effective, with two of four completions going for 16 yards or more. Run defense

A Lived up to national billing in yielding just 24 yards. Pass defense

A Contained Naaman Roosevelt, gave Starks nothing on underneath routes.

Special teams

D First-half gaffes kept things interesting for three quarters.

Coaching

A Edsall & Co. made sure Huskies took Bulls seriously.
