N. Y. Rangers 4, Phoenix 1: Brandon Dubinsky scored his first goal in 14 games and Nikolai Zherdev had three assists for the Rangers, who stretched the Coyotes’ losing streak to six games.
N. Y. Islanders 4, Montreal 3 (SO): Ryan O’Byrne put the puck in his own net on a delayed penalty to send the game into overtime, and Bill Guerin scored the shootout clincher. Guerin was credited with the tying goal on O’Byrne’s gaffe.
Florida 3, Carolina 2: Ville Peltonen’s second goal of the game snapped a tie late in the second period for the Panthers. Peltonen came in with only one two-goal game in 322 games.
Minnesota 4, Washington 3: Cal Clutterbuck’s first two NHL goals sparked the Wild. The travel-weary Capitals finished a five-game road trip 1-4.
Anaheim 4, Colorado 1: Teemu Selanne scored the first and last goals for the Ducks, both on the power play.
Vancouver 3, Detroit 2 (OT): Sami Salo scored at 2:33 of overtime to win it for the Canucks. Daniel Sedin had tied it for Vancouver with 2:25 left in regulation.

San Jose Sharks: Signed Claude Lemieux to a tryout contract. The 43-year-old Lemieux, who hopes to return to the NHL after a five-year absence, is expected to report to the Sharks’ AHL affiliate in Worcester this week.
