Niagara River Anglers Association Bass Contest winners had no problems with lower river moss and brought in big smallmouths. Mike McGrath topped all two-fish entries with a 9.6-pound total. If it’s a battle of the Great Lakes, Ontario is greater right now. Lake Erie bass, perch, and walleye fishing has been so-so this past week. Lake Ontario shoreline and open-water fishing holds promising prospects.
