Spurs re-sign Finley
SAN ANTONIO — The Spurs have re-signed guard Michael Finley. Terms of the deal weren’t released. The 35-year-old Finley started 61 games last season and averaged 10.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
