Two of the stars of the National Women’s Soccer League were missing Sunday when the undefeated Seattle Reign FC rallied for a 2-1 triumph over the Western New York Flash before 3,444 fans at Sahlen’s Stadium in Rochester.

Abby Wambach of the Flash was home in Portland, Ore., recovering from a knee injury.

Seattle goalkeeper Hope Solo was not with the team on its Eastern trip to Boston and Rochester. Solo was arrested on charges of allegedly assaulting her sister and 17-year-old nephew on Saturday in Seattle.

Goals by Kate Deines in the 83rd minute and Sydney Leroux in the 90th gave the Reign (11-0-2) the victory after the Flash opened the scoring with a goal by Samantha Kerr off a corner kick by Vicky Losada, who leads the NWSL with five assists.

The Flash (5-7-2) will play the Boston Breakers on Friday in Rochester in their next game.
