Angelo Malvestuto (Niagara-Wheatfield) and Tony Lock (Pioneer) won their matches by decision for the University at Buffalo wrestling team in a 29-6 loss on Sunday at Central Michigan.

The Bulls jumped to the quick 3-0 lead after the first match at 197 pounds as Malvestuto continued his hot start to the season, downing Jackson Lewis in the first tiebreaker.

In the final match, Lock picked up his first conference dual victory as he handed Craig Kelliher a 5-2 loss at 184 pounds.

SWIMMING: Shawn Warner broke the school record in the 200 butterfly to highlight performances for Niagara on the final day of the Zippy Swimming Invitational at Ocasek Natatorium in Akron, Ohio. Warner went 1:55.12 to break his own school record of 1:55.16 to take sixth place.
