SWIMMING: Willie Hutch Jones Educational and Sports Programs and West Side Rowing Club are teaming to offer free swimming lessons for Buffalo Public School and Erie County youngsters. The program, which starts today and runs through June 17, is open to boys and girls ages 12-15. Lessons will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at City Honors School with two sessions each day, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. There is a maximum of 20 swimmers per session.
