The Bills practiced for 2 hours, 15 minutes in their first training camp workout under new coach Chan Gailey. They were in pads, which was a big change from the Dick Jauron era. Jauron typically would have two or three days of practice before bringing out the pads.
The News' complete training camp coverage includes:
- A video recap of Day One with Bills beat reporter Mark Gaughan.
- Allen Wilson's column on the start of camp.
- Photos from photographer James P. McCoy.
- Video by digital reporter Aaron Besecker from fans, Trent Edwards and Chan Gailey.
