Jets 38, Philadelphia 27: The Eagles’ Michael Vick got the green light for full reinstatement in the NFL on Thursday when Commissioner Roger Goodell said he could play in Week Three instead of waiting until October. In this game, Vick scored his first NFL touchdown since 2006 on a 2-yard run.
