The Buffalo Bills got an up-close-and-personal look at the most headline-grabbing prospect

in the NFL Draft on Monday.

Florida quarterback Tim Tebow was among about a dozen college prospects who visited One

Bills Drive.

Tebow's visit included dinner with Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly on Sunday evening.

Every NFL team is allowed to bring 30 draft prospects to its facility for visits in the weeks

leading up to the draft.

Other teams on Tebow's visit schedule include the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns

and Seattle Seahawks. The Washington Redskins worked out Tebow in Gainesville, Fla., 10 days

ago.

Bills veterans, meanwhile, descended on Orchard Park Monday for the start of offseason

conditioning workouts. The workouts are voluntary.

Tebow's draft stock could be on the rise in the wake of a workout he held on March 17 at

the University of Florida. The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner has been working the past three

months on changing his throwing motion, holding the ball higher and not looping it down to his

waist on his windup. Tebow displayed that improved, tighter motion at the Gators' pro day

workout. He's projected to be picked late in the first round or in the second round.

Tebow has been working with former NFL quarterback Zeke Bratkowski on improving his passing

mechanics. Tebow's team of experts that are preparing him for the draft also have included

Montreal Alouettes coach Marc Trestman, former NFL head coach Sam Wyche and Arizona State

coordinator Noel Mazzone.

Tebow compiled a 35-6 record as a starter for Florida and helped the Gators to two national

championships. He passed for 88 touchdowns and 15 interceptions, with a completion percentage

of 67.1.

The Bills also are scheduled to host QB prospects Jimmy Clausen and Colt McCoy at One Bills

Drive in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, the Bills announced they have re-signed two restricted free agents and three

exclusive rights free agents, all of whom had been tendered offers from the team last month.

The restricted guys were safety George Wilson and linebacker Keith Ellison, both of whom have

four years' experience. The exclusive rights free agents were linebacker Jon Corto, defensive

back Cary Harris and tight end Jonathan Stupar. Also signed was free agent receiver Felton

Huggins, who has been with the organization the past three years.
