Mike Zigomanis scored his first goal after a 17-game injury absence early in the third period as the Rochester Americans closed out a four-game homestand and three games in three nights with a 3-2 win over the Hamilton Bulldogs before 5,659 at Blue Cross Arena.

The Amerks, 12-4 in their last 16 games, also got goals from Frederick Roy and Luke Adam. For Adam it was his 22nd goal of the season.

Rochester now embarks on a four-game road trip to the Midwest, beginning Thursday at Iowa at 8 p.m.
