VA Medical Center helps many veterans
Recently there have been a few complaints about the Buffalo VA Medical Center. I am sure the hospital will address them and make corrections.
Now, the good news. I am a World War II veteran who has a difficult eye problem. I was directed to the outpatient eye clinic by a friend. It changed my life. I was approached and treated by a very professional team who analyzed my needs and provided me with aids that allow me to read the paper, books and correspondence.
I also have used other facilities at the VA, including audiology. Again, I was so impressed with the staff’s knowledge, concern, interest and understanding. As others have told me, this prevails throughout the hospital.
