Oklahoma killers’ crimes were ‘cruel and unusual’

Some say it was “cruel and unusual punishment” for the murderer executed in Oklahoma when the drugs failed and he died of a heart attack.

Was it cruel and unusual for him to shoot a 19-year-old woman and bury her alive?

How about the other death row inmate, who raped and murdered an 11-month-old girl?

The state should have publicly hung them both, or buried them alive. Enough already!
