It’s not funny to joke about any type of gun
Yes, I defend freedom of speech. Yes, I have witnessed members of the general public behaving badly at sporting events, concerts, amusement parks and movies, where my hard-earned dollar has been accepted.
But how narrow and limited must a recent My View writer’s memory be of the “rejectionist” who, at a venue where only entertainment was expected, opened fire at an Aurora, Colo., theater less than two years ago, to the horror and ruination of lives?
While the writer is dusting off his tranquilizer gun at his comedy club of one patron, he should listen – Netflix and Redbox are calling his name.
