Impose carbon tax on every consumer

Climate change is an undeniable threat to the planet. The Nordhaus brothers are on the right track with their plan to introduce a carbon tax on the businesses and industries that pump carbon into the atmosphere and contribute to global warming. But that only solves half of the problem.

How about a carbon tax on the carbon consumers? The United States should eliminate the dependent child tax credit and start imposing a carbon tax on the carbon consumers of tomorrow. If we don’t, there might not be a tomorrow.
