Hamburg School Board should start from scratch
How would you describe a suburban school district where board members spend their meetings verbally assaulting each other, where the police have to be called to break up board member fights, where the board selects a new superintendent who fakes an attack on his car and a poison pen letter and proposes a new tax increase in excess of 6 percent, in spite of the state cap of 2 percent?
You could never invent such a tawdry story, but you could see it in action by attending the Hamburg Central School Board meetings. What a mess. It’s time for the whole board to do the right thing and resign, along with the superintendent.
