Consider volunteering at American Red Cross
At any time, with or without warning, a catastrophic event or disaster may occur in this world. When this happens, people look to organizations to help them. One of those organizations is the American Red Cross.
I am a volunteer for the American Red Cross. I am a member of a team that represents my community, Erie County, New York State, my country and if needed the rest of the world. As a volunteer for a little over two years, I have had the opportunity to be of assistance to people affected by local disasters, mainly house fires. Choosing to become a volunteer was one of the best decisions I have made. I am honored to wear the badge and colors of the American Red Cross, which is one of the oldest humanitarian organizations in the United States.
Have you ever thought about what to do with your spare time? Wondering what organization you could volunteer your time with? Well, the American Red Cross could be the perfect organization for you. Please consider becoming a volunteer at the local chapter, which is based at 786 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo. You can choose what you volunteer to do, how often and what hours you are available.
