School Board changes rules to cover up its incompetence

After reading the Sept. 12 News article, “School Board deals with transparency issues,” it became apparent that governmental agencies change rules at their convenience.

The rule changes, cover-ups and deceitful maneuvers the federal and local governments, and now the School Board administrators, make to manipulate their policies in order to make themselves look good is disgusting.

The Buffalo School Board denied members Carl Paladino and James Sampson the opportunity to present agenda resolutions without a two-thirds board approval. This has not been common practice, because members were always allowed to do so after the regular agenda. The board members change the rules to cover up their incompetence. All of the agenda resolutions should have been addressed by the board a long time ago. When is governmental distortion going to end?
