ALBANY (AP) — An Albanyarea rabbi is facing charges he sexually abused a 13-year-old boy.
Yaakov Weiss, 28, of Loudonville was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of third-degree sex abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Weiss was the boy’s teacher at the Hebrew Academy of Albany.
Police said Weiss had sexual contact with the boy on at least three occasions.
