The duplicate bridge column now appears in print every Saturday in the Living section of The Buffalo News, a change that took effect the week after Labor Day last year. The former Saturday and Sunday Pause pages were combined into a single page on Saturday. The online edition usually will appear here on www.buffalonews.com after the press run begins early Saturday morning.
The duplicate bridge column is compiled weekly by News Staff Reporter Dale Anderson, with a deadline of Monday night for scores and announcements to appear in Saturday's paper. This online edition has a Wednesday night deadline and is an expanded version of what appears in the Saturday Living section, with more scores and much, much, much longer notes.

Dale Anderson has accumulated more than 650 masterpoints, thanks to all those triple point games at the Amherst Bridge Club at the Airport, but his quest to become a Life Master is still a work in progress. That's among the topics on his bridge blog (now past its 170th installment) at his personal site at www.myspace.com/daleanderson. New posts will show up there during the coming week.
