“Nutritional Needs During Pregnancy” cooking classes will be held Monday at Tops Friendly Markets, 3980 Maple Road, Amherst, and next Wednesday at the West Seneca store, 355 Orchard Park Road. Both classes are from 6 to 8 p. m. and are $20 per person. Classes are $5 with Independent Health or Univera health insurance.
