The Mental Health Association in Niagara County is looking for volunteers for its Warm Line for New Moms phone support program. Volunteers are needed to help new and expectant mothers who are sad, fatigued, agitated or suffering from postpartum depression. Phones will be provided by the association. Forward Fitness is offering Nordic walking classes at 6:30 p. m. every Tuesday in July and August at the Amherst Bike and Walking Path at Maple and North Forest roads.
