Arleen and Donald Betker

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Betker of West Seneca celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of marriage vows in Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, West Seneca, followed by a dinner party with family and friends in Romanello’s South, Hamburg. A tour through the Hudson Valley was taken on the Empire Clipper tall ship. Mr. Betker and Arleen Cecchini were married Oct. 31, 1959, in St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, West Seneca. He is a retired foreman for Plumbers& Pipefitters Local 22, Buffalo; she retired from the account services department of Sears Credit Central, West Seneca. The couple has three children, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
