“Living with Diabetes,“ a four-session series of self-management classes, will be held from 1 to 3:30 p. m. Wednesday in the Mary C. Dyster Community Education Room at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, 621 10th St., Niagara Falls. The series will continue Thursday, and Feb. 17 and 18. For required preregistration, call 278-4102.

The Parkinson Support Group will meet at 6:30 p. m. Thursday in Temple Beth Am, 4660 Sheridan Drive, Amherst. Stacy Machalski will speak about orthopedic problems related to Parkinson’s disease. For information, call 689-1559.

Prediabetes education classes will be held Thursday and Feb. 18 and 25 at 6:30 p. m. in Room 249 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, Lewiston. The series is targeted to those who are overweight, have a family history of diabetes and have slightly elevated blood sugars. To register, call 298-2297.

Rose Czyrny of Body Glyphix will host an innovative yoga class for couples at 6:30 p. m. Friday at Body Glyphix Studio, 12377 Big Tree Road, Wales Center. The class is designed to take you to a higher consciousness and put that spark back into your lives.

The Mended Hearts support group for heart patients will meet at 1 p. m. Saturday in Room 503A of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave. For more information, call 634-3631.

Dr. Karen Bir, of Buffalo Rheumatology, will present “What You Can Do for Rheumatoid Arthritis” at 7 p. m. Monday at Buffalo Marriott Niagara, 1340 Millersport Highway, Amherst.
