Women Associates of the Buffalo Power Squadron will elect officers at a luncheon Saturday in Millennium Hotel, 2040 Walden Ave., Cheektowaga. A punch bowl welcome at 11:30 a. m. will precede a luncheon at 12:30 p. m. Members will conduct the election of the 2012 officers.
The Western New York Federation of Women’s Clubs will hold its monthly board meeting at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at Tantalus Restaurant, 634 Main St., East Aurora. For information, call Rhoda Zucker at 652-4067. Guests are welcome.
Sigma Tau, Buffalo Alumnae Chapter, will have a luncheon at 11:30 a. m. Saturday in Victor’s Bar&Grill, 1503 Hertel Ave. A business meeting will follow.
Women’s Associates of the Buffalo Power Squadron will hold the annual Christmas party Dec. 15 at the Park Club of Buffalo, 4949 Sheridan Drive, Amherst. Cocktails at 5:45 p. m. will be followed by dinner at 6:45.
Southtowns Women’s Friendship Club will meet at 6:30 p. m. Monday in the community center at McKinley Mall, Blasdell. Colleen Sheehan will present a stress relieving workshop titled “Laugh, Laugh, Laugh for the HA-HA-HO lidays.”
Williams Mills Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet at 7 p.m. today in the conference room at Beechwood Residence, 2235 Millersport Highway, Getzville. Following the meeting, hostess Sally Heim will present the program “The Story of Jenny Wade and the Battle of Gettysburg.”
Erie Community College President Jack Quinn and his wife, Mary Beth, will serve as the chairman and chairwoman of the 2011 Autumnal that will be held Friday at the Roycroft Inn, East Aurora.
Beechwood Service Guild will have a meeting at 10:30 a. m. Wednesday in the residence’s atrium, 2235 Millersport Highway, Getzville. It will be followed by a performance by the Carmarie Dancers. Refreshments and coffee will be available. All welcome.
Women’s Associates of the Buffalo Power Squadron will have a dinner meeting at 6:30 p. m. Thursday in the Bravo Cafe, Elma. Nominations will be taken after dinner.
