1. Beat the football crowd and head south to The Ralph for a different kind of rumble. Drums Along the Waterfront features some of the best drums corps in the country, each averaging more than 150 members.

2. Go from graffiti to performance art in one glorious afternoon at Artpark in Lewiston. Catch this season’s last Family Saturday from noon to 4 p. m., when hands-on discoveries rule.
