Dawn Marie Bracely and Luis Yoseph were married at 3 p.m. Aug. 30 in the home of the bride’s parents in Lanham, Md., where guests gathered for a reception following the ceremony. Pastor Charles E. Cato Sr., of Lanham, Md., heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are James and Marie B. Bracely of Lanham, Md. The bridegroom’s parents are Luis and Florence Guarino of Buffalo. The bride is a graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School. She earned a degree in journalism from the University of Maryland College Park. The bride is an editorial writer at The Buffalo News. The groom is a graduate of Grover Cleveland High School. Following high school, the groom spent six years in the Army as a tank crewman. He toured overseas and finished stateside with an honorable discharge from Fort Riley, Kan. He is a security supervisor at U.S. Security Associates. Following the wedding, the couple took a trip to National Harbor in Washington, D.C., and are planning a trip to Prague in 2014. They are making their home in Buffalo.
