Amy E. Kerr and Gregory W. Soroka were married at 11 a.m. on Feb. 17 in the Jewel Dunns River Falls, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Wesley Boines of Mammee Bay, St. Ann, heard the couple’s vows. Later, a reception was held July 19 at Banchetti’s by Rizzo. Norm Duttweiler conducted the reaffirmation of vows, followed by a Caribbean feast and beach party. The bride’s parents are Nancy E. Kerr of the Town of Tonawanda and the late David Kerr. The bridegroom’s parents are Douglas and Jeanette C. Soroka of West Seneca. The bride is a graduate of Kenmore West High School. She earned degrees in elementary education and special education from Daemen College. The bride is a special education teacher at Buffalo United Charter School. The groom is a graduate of West Seneca West High School. He is a dual rate floor supervisor at Seneca Gaming Corp. After a trip to Jamaica, the couple will make their home in Buffalo.
