If the holidays weren’t stressful enough, imagine throwing college final exams atop the chaos.

Not good – and that’s why the Fredonia State Counseling Center came up with “De-stress for Success,” an initiative for students during the last week of classes and final exam week.

The program, which will run from Thursday to Dec. 19, includes a series of events, programs and workshops designed to help students find ways to reduce stress in a healthy, productive manner, and gain the focus they need to succeed during this challenging time, school officials said in a news release.

De-Stress for Success events are free to Fredonia State students and include Zumba, yoga, healthy snack time, extended library hours and a stress-free zone in the Reed Library lobby throughout the program. For more information and a complete schedule, visit bit.ly/1bjh6hK.
