What sort of diet does it take to stay in good dance shape?
I eat a lot of bananas, mangos and avocados. Those three things are constantly in my diet. Also, I eat Rice Chex with organic almond milk.
What are the staples of your diet?
Tacos, but my tacos have avocados, black beans, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cilantro, with a wheat wrap. I eat mostly white meats, so chicken and turkey and fish. I’ll eat organic meat and I eat a lot of organic turkey, but I try to stay away from beef.
The secret to your diet?
During the last year, I came across this drink, called Bode, by a company named Vemma. It has all my essential vitamins and minerals and it has magosten. It also has aloe, but the thing this drink has that a lot of these drinks don’t have is it has 20 grams of protein in it and it’s from brown rice and beans.
