The Music is Art Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday in Delaware Park, behind the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. Volunteers are still needed for the event. Also at ACTS, Parkside Cupcakes will begin operating there at 9 a.m. Saturday. It will remain open until 10 p.m. for its grand opening. Regular business hours will be noon to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Ellen Anon will give a lecture on “See It: Improve Your Photographic Eye” at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the Buffalo Museum of Science, 1020 Humboldt Parkway. The lecture is free and open to the public.
