Young and dating
Cute new (teenage) couple alert! Actress Chloe Grace Moretz is dating Brooklyn Beckham, the oldest son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, according to a new report from Us Weekly.
Moretz, 17, and Brooklyn, 15, met a few months back through a mutual friend who introduced them at cycling studio SoulCycle’s Santa Monica, Calif., location. According to Us Weekly, the two have “gone on a couple dates and are seeing where it goes.”
Moretz plans to take Brooklyn to the upcoming premiere of her flick, “If I Stay,” according to Us Weekly. In the meantime, they had been hanging out in Los Angeles – hitting the beach, going to the movies and taking workout classes together.
Kardashian raking it in
Whoever thinks life is fair never heard of Kim Kardashian.
We’re not even talking all the free publicity she gets like Yahoo making her a lead story because – gasp! – she’s been married 73 days, one day more than her last marriage!
We’re talking major booty, as in cash, moolah, pirate treasure.
The fake celebrity/reality TV star is raking it in with a mobile game one reviewer said kills brain cells.
“Kim Kardashian: Hollywood,” which pretends to train people in a celebrity lifestyle, is making $700,000 a day and could haul in $20 million this year, according to CNN. Kim’s cut could be 45 percent.
The app is free, but apparently suckers, er, players are willing to pay for fancy virtual clothes and shoes with actual dough.
Bieber bounces back
Just days after a brawl with Orlando Bloom in Ibiza, Justin Bieber had some much friendlier physical contact in the Spanish party city, this time with reality star Kendall Jenner.
Bieber, 20, and Jenner, 18, looked very cozy over the weekend at designer Riccardo Tisci’s star-studded 40th birthday party, which was attended by other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, too.
Bieber and Jenner each posted photos to their Instagram pages of themselves together that night.
Pharrell gets NFL spot
Pharrell is bringing “Happy” to the National Football League.
The platinum-selling musician will perform outside of CenturyLink Field in Seattle on Sept. 4 before the Seattle Seahawks play the Green Bay Packers as the NFL kicks off its 95th season.
Pop singer Ariana Grande will sing the national anthem. It will air on Ch. 2 and the NFL Network.
Stallone’s hard sell
Sylvester Stallone may come across as the ultimate guy’s guy. But he says action stars like him are “the hardest characters to sell” to other men.
“Men are very competitive,” Stallone said in London ahead of Monday’s world premiere of “The Expendables 3.”
“They go, ‘Who’s that? I’m sure he takes diuretic steroids, you know, he’s shorter than he looks.’”
“The Expendables 3” is in U.K. theaters from Aug. 14 and opens in the U.S. on Aug. 15.
