LOCKPORT—A Tuscarora Indian Reservation man pleaded guilty Monday in Niagara County Court to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.

Charles A. Petroziello Sr., 51, of Mount Hope Road, is scheduled for sentencing Nov. 2 by Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza.

Petroziello was arrested Dec. 20 in the Town of Niagara when his auto collided with another as he was allegedly trying to drive from one bar to another near the intersection of Military and Saunders Settlement roads.

The other driver, David Busenlehner, 25, suffered a knee injury when Petroziello backed into him after Busenlehner exited his auto.
