Travelers should expect heavy border traffic

Customs and Border Protection is urging travelers planning to cross the border to make sure they have proper documents and to anticipate periods of heavy traffic over the holiday weekend.

Travelers are urged to check traffic at all border crossings and select the least congested crossing.

Border traffic conditions are available by calling toll-free (800) 715-6722 or by visiting www.cbp.gov,www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca,www.nittec.org,www.peacebridge.com or www.niagarafallsbridges.com.
