Gowanda woman charged with aggravated DWI
Updated: August 21, 2010, 9:53 AM
State police late Sunday night arrested a Gowanda woman for aggravated driving while intoxicated and accused her of recording a blood-alcohol level more than three times the state's legal limit.
Troopers stopped a vehicle driven by Alice M. Spencer, 52, of South Quaker Street, after
they said she failed to dim her high-beam headlights for oncoming traffic at about 10:10 p.m.
in the Town of Concord.
After she was arrested and taken to the State Police at Boston barracks, her chemical test
revealed a blood-alcohol level of 0.26 percent, according to police reports.
