Updated: August 21, 2010, 4:33 AM
A 23-year-old Angola woman with a previous alcohol-related conviction was charged with driving while intoxicated early Sunday after a Chautauqua County deputy spotted her car crossing the center line of the road.
Ashley L. Hartzell was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, according to deputies.
She was stopped on Route 20 in the Town of Sheridan at about 1:49 a. m.
Her driving privileges had been suspended because of a previous conviction.
