LITTLE VALLEY—A Cattaraugus County grand jury Friday indicted two Conewango men with burglary—a crime that occurred overnight Aug. 1 in a building on Route 394.
William Chadwick, 39, and David Dorman, 34, both of Route 83 were indicted on charges of second-degree burglary. They made off with a welder and also were charged with petit larceny for stealing $100, authorities said.
In other cases:
Joshua Edwards, 26, of Portville was charged in a 15-count indictment with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to keep right, six counts of passing stop signs, speeding and other charges.
Michael A. Doubek, 36, of Conewango was charged with DWI, driving without a license and traffic violations May 31 in the Town of Leon.
Aaron Ludwig, 18, of Chaffee was charged with third-degree burglary at a house and petit larceny May 29 in the Town of Machias when guns, a cooler and liquor were stolen.
Arraignments will be scheduled by the court for later this month.
