Updated: August 21, 2010, 4:06 AM
LOCKPORT—Luther I. Douglas of 87th Street, Niagara Falls, pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated Friday—his third drunken driving arrest.
Douglas, 23, was arrested May 12 after making an illegal U-turn on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls; his blood-alcohol content was measured at .18 percent.
Deputy District Attorney Theodore A. Brenner recommended no more than six months in the County Jail for Douglas, but Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza made no promises. She could give Douglas as long as four years in prison when he returns to court March 26.
