Man accused of having sex with child under age 11

RANDOLPH—A West Main Street man is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail after being charged with first-degree rape.
Randy Lee Baker, 20, was charged following an investigation by sheriff’s officials who said he had engaged in sexual intercourse with a child younger than age 11 during November.
He was arraigned in Little Valley Town Court and held in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is due back in Randolph Town Court on Thursday.
