Man accused of breaking nose of 2-year-old boy

LITTLE VALLEY—An East Otto man has been charged with striking a 2-year-old boy and breaking his nose, Cattaraugus County sheriff’s officials said Tuesday.
Deputies were called to a domestic incident on Meyers Road last Friday and arrested Justin P. Bertino, 25, on charges of second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child, sheriff’s officials said. Bertino was arraigned in Conewango Town Court and sent to Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
