BATAVIA—A Town of Batavia man who failed to stop about 7 p.m. Friday after sideswiping a pickup while behind the wheel of his own pickup faces several charges, including driving while intoxicated, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

David H. Bohn, 34, of Kelsey Road, sideswiped the pickup in the 3200 block of Pratt Road and was tracked to Kelsey, north of Pratt Road, shortly after the collision, deputies said.

Bohn, who was released on his own recognizance after arraignment in Batavia Town Court, also is charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to keep right and operating with a suspended registration.
