Grand jury hands down indictments for 5 men

LITTLE VALLEY—Two Olean men were indicted Thursday by a Cattaraugus County grand jury on multiple charges relating to the theft of $30.
Jamie Crawford, 20, and Joshua Slawson, 23, both of Winters Avenue, were each charged with multiple counts of robbery, assault and grand larceny. They are accused of attacking a man Nov. 14 behind a convenience store in the City of Olean, then stealing $30 from him.
In other cases, Ernest Rivera, 44, of Olean was indicted on charges of second- degree forgery and making a false medical prescription on June 9 in the City of Olean.
Allen Eoss, 48, of Delevan was indicted on charges of driving while intoxicated and without a license on May 15 in Yorkshire.
Richard Tucker, 47, of Allegany was indicted on charges including unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, grand larceny, identity theft and unlawful possession of identification information. He is accused of using a stolen debit card in May and June in the Town of Allegany and City of Olean.
