Four accused of robbing victim lured to Wales
Updated: August 21, 2010, 3:31 AM
Erie County sheriff’s deputies have arrested four people in an armed robbery that occurred at about 1:45 a. m. Monday on Reiter Road in Wales.
An 18-year-old woman, whose name was not released, lured a 21- year-old West Seneca man to the location, where three men, armed with a handgun and shotgun, took the victim’s wallet, car keys and cell phone before fleeing, deputies reported.
“We had some information on the vehicle, and the vehicle was located on Clinton Street in West Seneca,” Lt. Thomas Daugherty said of the investigation begun by Deputies Thomas Meredith and Timothy Dusza.
Deputies charged all four—Ryan Marcheson, 21, of Elma; Jerred Murray, 19, of Alden; Jerwayne Green, 32, of Buffalo; and the woman—with robbery, criminal use of a firearm, weapons possession, conspiracy and grand larceny, sheriff’s officials said.
