LOCKPORT—A Buffalo man pleaded not guilty to a cocaine-selling indictment Friday in Niagara County Court.

Antonio Staley, 38, of East Amherst Street, is charged with second-degree sale and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. He allegedly sold 0.96 ounces of cocaine to a police informant in the Town of Lockport on March 26.

A co-defendant, Joshua L. Lopez, 30, of Lockport, previously pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of attempted third-degree sale and is awaiting sentencing, Assistant District Attorney Peter M. Wydysh said.
