LOCKPORT—Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Sperrazza on Tuesday scheduled a Feb. 8 nonjury trial for a woman charged with stealing more than $50,000 from her ex-husband.

Diane M. McNamara, 68, of Division Street, North Tonawanda, is charged with second-and third-degree grand larceny. Her son Bradley K. Mc- Namara, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to third-degree grand larceny and agreed to repay $50,703, Assistant District Attorney Brian D. Seaman said.

From 2004 to 2007, Bradley McNamara used a power of attorney to write checks emptying Richard McNamara’s bank account. Diane McNamara also is charged with using his credit cards without permission, Seaman said.
