LOCKPORT—A Niagara Falls man who kept getting arrested while on interim probation for two felonies and a misdemeanor was sentenced to 1x to four years in prison Thursday by Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.

Anthony S. Primerano, 19, of Lindbergh Avenue, racked up three arrests after Murphy placed him on probation July 30. In August, he was charged with drug possession; in September, he was accused of selling stolen scrap metal; and earlier this month, he was charged with breaking into a house in Lewiston.

Primerano had pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree burglary for stealing a golf cart from a garage in the Town of Niagara Jan. 17, 2008; fourthdegree criminal possession of stolen property for stealing two all-terrain vehicles from a garage in Niagara Falls April 15, 2008; and second-degree criminal trespass for breaking into a home in Niagara Falls on Jan. 21.
