Lockport teen charged with providing liquor

LOCKPORT—A 16-year-old Lockport High School student was charged Monday with unlawfully dealing with a child after a parent told police that his son “stumbled home drunk” after being given six shots of liquor at a party Saturday. The suspect’s name was not released.
