Blasdell woman, 39, charged with felony DWI
Updated: August 21, 2010, 2:55 AM
A Blasdell woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office said.
Nichole M. Curcio, 39, failed to stay in her lane about 11:30 p. m. Friday on Transit Road in Elma and was stopped by Deputy Chris Ginnane, authorities said. Curcio submitted to a breath test and registered 0.13 percent. Because Curcio had a DWI conviction in 2003, the latest charge became a felony, sheriff’s officials said.
